Hey there! How have you been? I know, I know! (Deep sigh) I've been MIA for quite some time so pardon me guys I've been terribly busy this past few months. I have been planning to make a post for quite a while now but urgent things kept coming so I have to postpone and save it on my drafts, so to make it up to you I have here a collective haul from Chic Cosmetics Manila and more.

Chic Cosmetics 12pc Brush set and Brush guards, Nyx Round Lippies and Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil, Fashion21 Eyebrow Duo, Shawill 3in1 Lip Liner Pencil and Johnson's Face Powder

Let's start off with NYX Round Lipstick and NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil:

I love NYX Round lippies because they give;

• a very nice color payoff
• it doesn't have an annoying smell
• they are very affordable
• they have lots of shades to choose from
• they are creamy and smoothly glides on the lips 
• they are vibrant and can last a day on my lips without retouching

Here is NYX Round Lipstick in Eros. It such a beautiful lips shade, right?!

It has an orangey-ish undertone to it.

I super like its vibrant color and it doesn't make my lips dry unlike other lippies. If you have light/fair skin tone this lip shade will suit you perfectly.

Here we have NYX Round Lipstick in Chaos. Chaos is a loud red lipstick way darker than Eros, it has a bluish undertone to it.  

I don't know about you guys but this lippie screams "Gothic" or “Punk Rock Chick”, it sort of unleashes a darker side of you. Haha! Thumbs up for that!

  If you're planning to dress up as a vampire on Halloween you can definitely vamp it up by using Chaos.

Then we have the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk

I forgot to make a swatch of this, sowee. Basically this is an eyeshadow in pencil form. It is in a shade of Milk which gives a matte white shade when applied. It can be used as an eyeshadow base, to highlight inner corners of the eye and for lining the lower lash line for that bright big eyes look.

Next up we have the Fashion 21 Eyeshadow Duo

 I purchased this at Robinson's Department store it is priced at ₱150.00. It is very affordable for a 14g of product. It contains two brow colors a brown one and a slightly ashy dark brown.

On deck is the Shawill 3in1 Soft Lip Liner Pencil

It doesn't have a shade named to it only a number which is No. 055, it's a matte light baby doll pink. It's waterproof and has vitamin E on it. It is priced at ₱59.00 only. It’s so cheap and affordable for an 8g of product.

Then we have Johnson's Face Pressed Powder in Beige

 

This pressed powder can be used to set your liquid foundation.

Last but definitely not the least; the star of this post is my Chic Cosmetics 12pc Goat Hair Makeup Brush set.

Each brush is housed in a clear plastic to help retain its shape; it also comes in a lovely brush holder.

In this photo we have the Large Powder brush, Stippling brush, Large Angle brush and the Foundation brush

Here we have the Tapered blending brush, Medium Angled shading brush, Concealer brush, Large shader brush, Eye shading brush, Pencil brush, Small angled brush and Eyeliner brush.

These babies deserve a separate review post but just to give you a quick rundown of these babies;

•       each brush is super soft, they aren’t scratchy at all
•       they have long sturdy handle
•      each bristle is housed in a metallic pink ferrule
•      each brush is labeled accordingly
